Elite Agent - Highland Kicks off 2026 with their annual Kickstart Sales Conference

The Highland Annual Kickstart Conference launched with energy and enthusiasm this year, as the team gathered in the Grand Ballroom at the InterContinental Double Bay for a full day of inspiration and motivation. 

The event featured an outstanding lineup of guest speakers, including Josh Phegan, internationally renowned real estate trainer and coach, and Simon Cohen, Founder and Director of leading buyers’ agency Cohen Handler. 

Leading the conference was Highland’s CEO, David Highland, who delivered an inspiring keynote on how challenging times can present agents with their greatest opportunities to stand out, sharpen their skills, and set themselves up for long-term success.
